c.) to detect and prevent fraud and other illegal activities which may contravene money laundry regulations;

d.) to enable us comply with legal and regulatory obligations including those aimed at preventing money laundering and related criminal or suspected criminal activities.

 

We do not work in isolation, therefore, in order to be efficient and effective at what we do, we sometimes disclose personal information with verified and authorised:

 

a.) organisations that help us process our transactions;

b.) organisations that help us to validate our customers’ details;

c.) organisations that help us prevent fraud, theft and loss;

d.) government and foreign government agencies, at their request, to enable us comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Where we have obtained your consent to use, store or disclose your information, you have every right to withdraw your consent at any time and we will immediately, upon receiving your intention, cease to use your information unless we are compelled by appropriate and relevant laws and regulations to do so.

In accordance with the applicable laws or regulations, we retain personal and clients’ data that we processed for as long as is deemed necessary for the purpose they were collected.

In the absence of any applicable laws, regulations or contractual agreements, our retention policy makes way for records and documentary evidences created or obtained from either yourself or any authorised third parties to be retained for a maximum period of ten years.
